Terms - Every purchase requires you to reserve your lesson times on the calendar. In order to set up recurring weekly lessons, auto pay is required.

Package Policy - Client must schedule their own appointments and use up the package within 30 days of purchase. No refunds.

Cancellation Policy - Client must cancel at least 24 hours in advance in order to reschedule lesson time otherwise the canceled lesson is forfeited.

illness Policy - If less than 24 hours notice is given due to illness, make up lesson can be rescheduled within the next 7 days.

Office Etiquette - Please keep young children quiet in the hallways so as not to disrupt the other businesses in the building.
